It is recommended to take frequent screen breaks and avoid the use of screens especially when you are about to go to your bed. Not only screen time but the way you sit or lay down while using the screen also has a great impact on your eyes health.

2- Not Protecting your Eyes from Sun

Sun is not only harmful to your skin health but your eyes as well. Talking about the role of sunlight in poor eye health, you know that sunlight can significantly affect your eyes. Prolonged sunlight exposure can make our eyes light sensitive as well as resulting in blurred vision. So, whenever you are moving outdoors, don’t forget your goggles.
