A College of Hyderabad professor was arrested for molesting a pupil of international origin, metropolis police stated on Saturday. The surprising incident happened yesterday when the professor had taken the scholar to his home on the pretext of giving her a guide. The scholar is a local of Thailand, the police stated.
The professor reportedly dropped the scholar a few hours later to the college, when her mates discovered her crying. On asking, she narrated her story and reported the case to the police.
In keeping with the Gachibowli cops, the incident happened round 4 PM, when the professor reportedly took the scholar to his home. He dropped her again round 9 PM. Her mates stated that the scholar was crying alone once they discovered about her scenario.
Police added that the sufferer solely understands the Thai language. “We now have registered a case and arrested the accused professor. Additional investigations are on,” the police stated.
