How to overcome your current fears
Let’s clarify the reason for fears. One thesaurus definition states ‘be frightened or feel anxious or perhaps apprehensive about a possible or perhaps probable situation or function; “I fear she could easily get aggressive”. ‘ It’s a mix of a feeling and thought which you have about an unknown situation according to your belief or preconceived ideas of what might take place in the future. It can be based on my old bad experience or coming from listening to others.
In some scenarios the feeling of fear that you receive is an instinctive response to any threatening situation, your predatory instincts telling you that something is certainly not right and that you need to be suspicious or even remove yourself from your situation. Sometimes described as the particular fight or flight response. This is an optimistic use for fear because it protects you from harm.

Where does philosophy come from?
Your beliefs are usually formed as a result of your education and learning, your religion, your parents, your current experiences, the media, and much more. Each individual person has a different upbringing and experiences making you who you are. Each individual could have different beliefs and a diverse view of the world and according to the experiences, these beliefs could possibly be positive and resourceful or perhaps negative and un-resourceful.
Which usually of the following two achievable beliefs do you think is more likely to be able to result in a positive confident successful person?
1 . ‘It’s a big wide scary planet out there full of people in order to manipulate and scheme in opposition to you and grab your current money. Or
2 . ‘It’s a fantastic world filled with a great deal of opportunity and supportive people.
