The Oneplus Mobile Nord Price is among the best-value smartphones in the market. It offers a premium build and finish that belies its low price.
The device is built from a plastic chassis coated with a metallic finish. It gives a premium feel to the device in hand, and a slim silicon case is included with the handset for added protection.
Display
OnePlus’s Nord offers one of the best displays in its price range, and it also comes with a premium design. It’s got a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, Full HD+ resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate for fluid scrolling performance.
It also has minimal bezels around the display, with a punch-hole cutout in the top-left corner to house the dual selfie cameras.
The OnePlus Nord delivers on the promise of a near-flagship experience for a lower price, and it should be on your shortlist if you’re looking for a new Android phone. It’s up against Google’s Pixel 3a and Apple’s iPhone SE, but it can efficiently dispatch both thanks to its outstanding performance, excellent photography, and low price tag.
Camera
The OnePlus Nord’s camera is capable, but it needs some improvement. Its 48MP sensor and IMX586 image signal processor is the same as those used in last year’s OnePlus 7 Pro and 7T, but it’s still not as good as the camera on the OnePlus 8.
The camera’s dynamic range was also frequently underexposed during our testing, especially when taking low-light photos. The camera struggles with white balance, as a pink or orange cast is often visible.
The OnePlus Mobile Nord Price doesn’t have a telephoto lens or an optical zoom, but it offers various photo modes to help you get the shot you want. These include a nightscape mode that can brighten up photos taken in dark environments and a portrait mode that uses the depth sensor to add a blurred background to your shots.
RAM
The OnePlus Mobile Nord Price offers ample RAM to power up your day-to-day activities. It is powered by a hefty Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, coupled with either 8GB or 12GB of memory.
The device also features a quad camera setup on the back and dual selfie cameras at the front. You can record videos at 4K resolution as well.
The Nord offers enough battery life to get you through a full day of everyday use, including four to five hours of music streaming, three hours of light gaming, and some email and social media usage. However, it will need a recharge after around mid-afternoon.
Storage
OnePlus offers excellent storage options on Nord. You can opt for the entry-level 8GB RAM variant, which gets you 128GB of space by default, or go with the more expensive 12GB model, which provides 256 GB.
The 128GB model will probably be enough for most users, but the extra capacity means more room for music, photos, and videos. If you’re regularly streaming video or playing games that require a lot of storage, the 256GB option is worth considering.
It’s also worth noting that Nord’s omission of a Micro SD card means you’ll be limited to a single drive for additional data. However, the OnePlus app store has plenty of third-party apps that can expand the available storage on your device.
Battery
OnePlus is a successful mobile brand that packs premium features into budget devices. Founded in 2014, OnePlus is an up-and-coming name in the phone industry, and it’s able to compete with flagship phones from Apple and Samsung by cramming top-of-the-line hardware into mid-range handsets.
Despite its lower-priced tag, the OnePlus Nord packs some of the best features in its higher-end counterparts, including a 90Hz screen refresh rate and 30W Warp Charge fast charging support. Its price point means it’s competitive with rivals like the realme X50 5G.
The OnePlus Nord’s battery life isn’t as good as some of its competitors, but it’s still pretty impressive. Thanks to its 4,115mAh capacity and the company’s Warp Charge 30T fast-charging technology, it can survive a full day of use.
