Well, this question doesn’t have just one correct answer.
It will of course differ depending on how much you want to lose, and how quickly.
According to scientific evidence, you can begin to see benefits and eliminate belly fat in as little as two weeks.
Even though the time frame is short, losing a few inches off your waistline is totally doable if you want to.
There are a number of critical details that must be addressed first in order for this to happen properly.
This is probably the most important part when it comes to losing belly fat fast.
To lose belly fat, aim to consume roughly 1200 calories per day and generate a 500-calorie deficit, which will help you burn fat effectively.
If you haven’t been doing much exercise lately, start off with cutting the calories.

Heads up, it doesn’t involve any weight loss pills or crazy diets.
Just a way to trick your brain to go into fat-burning mode.
Foods to Stay Away From to lose belly fat and love handles
If you can limit the number of snacks and candy, that will go a long way.
Another BIG source of calories comes from the things we drink.
Sodas, alcohol and juices will be the worst enemies when it comes to calorie intake per day.
There are plenty of sugar-free alternatives that come with zero calories.
I know, they taste like crap in the beginning, but once you get used to them, they will taste just as good as the ones that contain up to 10 sugar cubes per glass.
Instead of gobbling down 2 chocolate bars instead of a real lunch, try to go for nuts instead.
Nuts do contain some calories, however, you will need to eat way less of them in order to feel satisfied.
Simply said, even the easiest short little exercise is better than none at all.
However, some workouts and training routines have been found to be more beneficial than others in terms of decreasing belly fat.
Researchers have shown that, rather than depending simply on cardio for fat loss, activities such as strength training, aerobics, weight lifting, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) may be up to twice as efficient in helping you sweat off the fat.
Again, if you’re not there yet, just start off simple and try doing some yoga or even tai chi for beginners.
This method has been used for hundreds of years and is commonly practiced in some parts of Asia.
In order to eat less, you only need to chew slower.
If you chew slower, your stomach will have enough time to signal to your brain that you are full.
Test it out and you will be surprised at how well it actually works.
Oftentimes, we are stressed and need to grab something to eat quickly.
There’s simply no way that the brain has the time to interpret that we are full when we throw ourselves over a big hamburger and fries.
Next time you eat, try to chew up to 30 times before you swallow.
In the beginning, it feels really weird, like you are chewing on bubble gum.
However, you will find yourself satisfied at around 80% of your usual portion size.
